A Duel For Knowledge - Shooting The Duel

While working at PGL in Surrey, I met two lightsaber enthusiasts - Jack & Ash - Two grown men with a passion for swinging around glowing sticks in a choreographed dance. With my passion for videography and their passion for Star Wars, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to try our own little take on a lightsaber duel.

There was one location immediately obvious to us - Bourne Wood, which has been featured in several well known films and series including Gladiator, The Avengers - Age of Ultron, and most recently House Of The Dragon, which was actually live recording while we were making this film (we had to find a quiet spot so we could swing our plastic swords around in peace).

10 hours later, we had our film shot and wrapped, ready for the editing suite. Massive thank you to both of you for allowing me to shoot this amazing project together, looking forward to seeing the finished production come together!
